My work is rooted in creating gentle, supportive spaces where people can pause, reconnect, and remember who they are beneath the noise and demands of everyday life. I believe that healing and personal growth are not about becoming someone new; they are about returning to ourselves, listening deeply, and remembering the wisdom we already carry within.
I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, Shaman, Priestess, and practising Witch, and my path has been one of deep spiritual exploration, learning, and connection. For over 35 years I have walked this spiritual path, weaving together ancient wisdom, intuition, energy work, sacred practice, and a deep reverence for the cycles of nature and the unseen threads that connect us all.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of holding sacred space for thousands of women — witnessing healing, transformation, laughter, tears, awakening, and remembering. I understand that stepping into healing work can feel deeply personal, and I honour that by creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, heard, and gently held.
Through Reiki, spiritual mentoring, tarot and oracle readings, meditation, and shamanic journey work, I offer opportunities for reflection, healing, insight, and transformation. Every journey is unique, and I meet each person where they are, trusting that the wisdom they seek is already waiting within them.
I believe there is medicine in the whisper of trees, in stories carried through generations, in stillness, and in the wild parts of ourselves that long to be remembered. My work is not about giving answers or fixing what is broken; it is about walking beside you as you reconnect with your own truth, power, and inner knowing.
